10 Things
1. He is always smiles. He even smiles with his eyes. Its amazing. He even wakes up smiling every morning. Even when I have to wake him up, he smiles at me. Its the best feeling.
2. He is all over the place. He is crawling everywhere and pulling up on the couch. He hasn't figured out how to stand up thankfully. I am not ready for that.
3. We call him "Boogie". This is because when we first brought him home, I could not get him to stop crying. So Daniel took him and started to rock him singing "hey boogie boogie, hey boogie boogie". And of course it stuck. He loves it when we call him boogie.
4. He already has two teeth! The two bottom ones. The two top ones are now trying to come through. He is being a trooper too. He isn't too fussy about it.
5. His favorite toy is his big brother, Grant. We are trying to get Logan to call Grant "Bubba" because its easier to say then Grant. Grant loves the nickname. Grant will come home from school and ask Logan if he wants to play with his "bubba". It is so sweet.
6. I love Logan's eyes. They are a grayish blue, but sometimes they are as blue as the sky. Especially when he is wearing blue.
7. He loves to eat! His favorites are green beans and bananas. He gets so excited when I put him in the high chair because he knows that it is time to eat. I can't put him in the high chair with out him thinking its time to eat. Even in resturants, we either have to feed him before we get there or right when we get there.
8. When I lay him down in his crib, I cover him with his elephant blanket. It is really soft. He pulls it up to his face and rubs on it and starts to fall asleep right there. Then I turn on his music. He listens to classical music while he is sleeping. We did this with Grant too (Grant still listens to it) because it drowns out the noises we make watching tv or when we have people over.
9. Logan spits up sometimes still and to prevent it from getting on our clothes we always cover up with one of his flannel blankets before we pick him up. Well, he has figured that out. So when ever he sees me or Daniel with a blanket on our shoulder, he gets so excited and squeals. One time in a store I put the blanket on me and he just yelled all happily. These ladies next to me couldn't believe how happy he was to be picked up!
10. Logan is just growing up way to fast. It is kinda sad for me because he is my baby. I won't have anymore kids. I don't want anymore than two. Two is more than I can handle sometimes. I just wish I could keep him a baby a little longer. He is already in a big boy car seat. He is 28inches long and 22 pounds. He is off the charts for his age. He is 8 months old and is wearing 12 to18 month clothing!!! Everyone says that he is going to be a football player one day.
I hope everyone enjoyed my ten things. Now I am going to tag Kelly to tell us moms ten things that people with out kids get to do that we can't anymore!!! Good Luck Kelly!!

then we wake up the next day and do it all again. He is a busy boy isn't he? The schedule does vary when we have things to do but we pretty much stick to it. Thankfully he can sleep anywhere.
Oh, and he is now in a big boy car seat. He loves being able to see all of us.
There he is in his big boy seat! That is his puppy that Grandma Lynn bought him.

A little Update
Logan is doing well. He is crawling all over the place. He is also starting to pull himself up on the couch. He can only pull himself up to his knees but he is determined. He is eating solids twice a day and still having 4 or 5 bottles. He is getting bigger and bigger everyday.
I hope everyone is doing well!

Grant's First Basketball Game
Grant is the one with the yellow shorts on. Most of the pictures are faraway, but you can tell its Grant.
He is really far away in this one. But his arms are up to protect the goal. Its so cute to see five year olds play basketball.
There he is again, protecting the goal. Good Job, Grant!
There is a close up of Grant and one of his teammates.
There he is again protecting his teammate, and secretly hoping that his teammate will drop the ball so that he can get the ball.
Here they are saying good game to each other.
Here he comes with his snack. He really enjoyed it. I hope you enjoy all the pictures.

Grant and Brogan
The Mashed Potatoes......
That is right after the first bite.
This is the second bite. He isn't sure he wants anymore.
After the second bite, he really doesn't like it. But it doesn't seem to really stop him from taking another bite.
That is after the third bite. He looks really unhappy. But the pictures don't end here.
This was the face that made us stop feeding him the potatoes. It was so funny though because no matter what he would still take a bite. The potatoes must not have agreed with his tummy either because he spit up the little bit of potatoes that he ate.

An update on Logan
I thought everyone would like to know somethings about Logan. His likes and dislikes. And since I still haven't found a baby book I like, this will help me remember things when I do.
Favorite Toy: His cell phone, any type of ball, and his big brother
Favorite Time of the Day: any time that involves eating, he loves his foodFavorite Food: green beans and bananas
Least Favorite Food: hmmmm mashed potatoes....Kelly and Paul have a picture of that face.
Favorite Word: Boogie....its what we call him most of the time
Favorite TV show: Jo Jo's Circus....This is what he watches while he sits in his carseat while we get ready to take His daddy and brother to work and school.
He loves sleeping. We are so glad for that because we love our sleep too. Grant is even starting to sleep in on weekends.
Logan has become very mobile in the last few weeks.
He is rolling and do the "army man crawl" (as we call it) all over the living room.
He has become almost impossible to hold when he is awake and wanting to play.
He has learned to clap his hands together.
He loves to laugh.
He used to be able to sit in the high chair to play while I cooked, well not anymore, now when he is in the high chair he expects to be eating.
He also says "dada" and "mama" now, but of course he only says "mama" when he is upset.
He also has his two bottom front teeth cutting through.
The picture is of Logan in a baby swing at the park for the very first time.
I hope everyone enjoys this update and if you can think of any other firsts that I forgot please let me know!
